Updates to the UNITY System: Invoice ID & Purchase Orders for Work Orders

Newly Released UNITY Features

We have recently made two updates to the Cost Tab of a Work Order in UNITY.

These new functionalities allow for critical financial data to be stored on a work order allowing for more accurate reports on the true cost of a work order. We have included steps to implement this new functionality here:

Invoice ID

With the Invoice ID field added as a field for attached invoices to a work order, this allows UNITY users to create a link between UNITY and their paper invoices without needing to pull up the invoice image.

This creates better internal tracking to ensure that data on the work order is accurate.

Purchase Orders for Work Orders

With the Purchase Orders section added to work orders, this allows UNITY users to be able to document purchase orders the same way they document Invoices.

This allows them to track the cost of their purchase orders for the work order, attach purchase order images directly to the work order and ensure they have the vendor listed.
