In an effort to continuously enhance your experience within UNITY, we will soon introduce an update to the default view in the work order search function.
Beginning Wednesday, April 9th your default work order view will show only open work orders assigned specifically to you. You can still easily locate any other work order including closed or unassigned work orders by entering its specific ID in the search bar.
