As you log into UNITY today, you'll notice an improved work order search view. Your default view now shows only open work orders assigned directly to you.
This change helps streamline your workflow, ensuring immediate visibility to tasks that require your action. Remember, you can still search for any work order including those already closed or not assigned directly to you by entering its specific work order ID into the search bar.
