Device Card Reporting

Thank you to all the CSH team members who submitted information for the device card report. All the information provided has been updated in the reporting system.

Enhanced insights now include renewal year and replacement value data as well as asset life remaining calculations based on install date and life expectancy. If you have any questions about reporting, please don't hesitate to reach out to FacilityONE Customer Support.

Infrastructure Updates

In order for us at FacilityONE to continually improve the UNITY product, we needed to make infrastructure updates to the web application. These infrastructure updates not only allow us to create a better user experience but it allows us to continue to provide enhanced security within UNITY.

With the recent infrastructure updates made, we also had to make a new URL format to better align with updates made within the UNITY product. If you have not been made aware of the new URL to access UNITY, please contact FacilityONE Customer Support.

Annotation Layers

Are you taking advantage of Annotation Layers in UNITY?

Annotation Layers are color-coded, digital layers, that can be created and edited to show critical systems and information. For example, life safety conditions including fire and smoke barriers.
