 New CommonSpirit Configuration Changes

In an effort to consistently improve the UNITY system and the CommonSpirit technician experience, we have recently made the following configuration changes that you will now see in the system:

  1. Messaging on the Non-Login Request Page now includes, "Not to be used for IT/Telecom requests."

    The Non-Login Request Page is only intended for facilities/maintenance/engineering/infrastructure (FMEI) requests.

    Before this change, the Non-Login Request Page stated that it should not be used for BioMed requests, but it needed to be clarified that it should not be used for IT/Telecom requests either.

  2. The "Unfinished" status is now "In Progress"

  3. There is now a status for "Work Order Cancelled"

  4. A priority has been added for "Medium"

    This should be used for work orders that need to be completed within 7 days of assignment.

  5. The On-Time Reporting data for PM/PE work orders will now be filtered based on "Work Order: Date Submitted" as opposed to "Work Order: Due Date."

    This will allow the report to accurately reflect the number of HR or NHR PMs performed at each facility in a given month. Updated filtering will be applied next month for the November data.
