Dear FacilityONE Client, 

 

Starting March 25, 2025, users will no longer be able to create work orders directly in Account Administration. When selecting the “Create Work Order” option, you will be automatically redirected to UNITY to complete the process.

Additionally, in-line editing of work orders will also be transitioning to UNITY. You’ll no longer be able to make edits within Account Administration’s “Find” feature. Instead, all in-line edits can be completed in table view within UNITY.
